Basic strategy is to debuff w/ main and clean up w/ the rest. Arrest as needed, which is also useful at start to stall the npcs.
Since cannon is just mostly used for debuffing a +0 would've worked np. Running with hwa is like having an extra cannon merc (cata). Cata on aura hits so much harder specially vs buildings and mechs, like 6x more dmg. Just don't hit with it last, best to hit with it first so other mercs can clean up if needed.
