Hi all, as most of you know the lvl of the guild gives additional attack and workload bonuses. At the moment we are a lvl 101 guild with 7% buffs on both attack and workload to all its members. What would be awesome to do is to reach lvl 102 as a guild not only to get extra bonuses on the attack and workload but also for bragging rights as a guild.

As a guild we have approx 402 mil experience points. To reach lvl 102 we need to get to 456 mil experience points. These experience points are acquired through kills and only when personal crafts are not being used. This means that while you may have spent 4 hours grinding away in some location, if you had a personal craft on during this period your contribution in terms of experience to the guild is zero. Personal crafts are obviously important to lvl up skills and we wouldn't be doing this all the time but in order to speed up the increase of experience points for the guild I thought we could try the following this weekend:

Let's not have personal crafts on during the weekend. If we all contribute to the item that is in guild craft, that item wil be completed very quickly and the items we need to craft can be put through guild craft. This would make a huge difference in terms of guild experience points and also guild points. What would be interesting to see is the number of experience points acquired by the guild when none of us has a personal craft on. If after this weekend's experiment we see a massive increase in guild experience we will look at devising some sort of incentive to have a large number of our gear done through guild craft.

Also, and for any occasion, if you have an item being crafted in guild craft, it would be more benefitial (and polite) that you do not have a personal craft going while that item is being crafted so you can help with the workload necessary to craft the item.

I don't expect everyone to stop their personals crafts during the weekend but the more of us do this the more experience points we can get and the closer we get to become a lvl 102 guild Smile
